The Esprit ET-10 treadmill is the strongest treadmill in the Spirit Esprit line up. To start with it is a Non Folding Treadmill so the frame has less shaking at high speeds. The huge 3.25 HP motor is strong enough to hold up to a 400 Lb. user. Also the 20" x 60" belt gives you more room to run, most runners like to be able to move their position on the belt as they run, rather then stay in one place.

The ET-10 can go up to 12 mph and will incline from 0 to 15%, both in .1 increments.

For runners that like to work out in a heart rate zone the Heart Rate Graph shows you exactly were you are by means of a series of colored lights. If you want to change zones the HR Cruise feature lets you change your goal on the fly without stopping and starting all over again.

If you are working out in a low lit area or watching TV while you run, the bright Dot Matrix LED display will be a lot easier to see your work out information.

The oversized 3.0" rollers will help save your motor and electronics by lowering the RPMs

Heart Rate Control is a feature on a treadmill or elliptical that allows the user to set up a HR goal and have the machine adjust itself to keep you at your goal Once you have set up a HR goal say 135 the machine will automatically increase or decrease the work load, by means of speed, resistance, or elevation to keep you as close to your goal as possible. It is like having a personal trainer at your side.
