The ET-4 Treadmill is a great light duty home treadmill, built for the user that likes to do a quick walk or a light run. It has a little larger motor then the ET-2 and a longer deck for running.
The 3/4" phenolic cushioned deck will easily support up a 275 Lb. person and absorb the shock off your knees and lower back.
The Esprit ET-4 has the same speed and elevation specs. as the ET-2, but has a easy to see and read backlit blue LCD display console. This is a important feature if you are in a low lit room or for watching TV while using your treadmill.
As in all Spirit Esprit home treadmills the speed and incline is in 1% increments. Slow walkers and users trying to stay at a certain heart rate will love this feature. For convenience and safety the controls are right at you side on the hand rails.
Trying to lose body fat? The built in heart rate control (HRC) is like having a personal trainer at your side. The ET-4 will automatically change the incline up or down to keep you in your fat burning zone at all times. Works best with a optional telemetry belt.

It is like having a personal trainer at your side.
