All Models include a Free Robert Sherman "Cycle Challenage" DVD with your purchase. It is more than just a ride, it begins with a 15 min. warm up, then it goes into a 15 min percise training drill. If you are sill motivated your can continue with an optional 15 min. strength ride or a 40 min. total body core training progam.
